THOMAS W. DORTCH, JR
PRESIDENT & CEO
Thomas W. Dortch, Jr., is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TWD, Inc. In 1990, he became the State Director and served as Chief Administrator for United States Senator, Sam Nunn. Mr. Dortch was first African-American to serve in this capacity for any U. S Senator. Some of Mr. Dortch’s other accomplishments include: Chief Executive Officer of Atlanta Transportation Systems, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Cornerstone Parking, Chairman of Lancor Parking Management, LLC, Managing Partner of FAD Consulting, LLC, founding the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc., co-founding the Georgia Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (GAME) to fill a void as an advocacy organization for minority business development, and co-founding the Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance as a capacity building and business development organization for the construction and transportation industries.

THOMAS W. DORTCH, III
VICE – PRESIDENT
Thomas W. Dortch, III is Vice President of T.W.D., Inc. where he assists in coordinating all of its business interests but has a focus on small business development. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. With over fifteen years of experience, he has been able to develop several companies and continues to create opportunities in this role. He continues to evolve and seek opportunities to empower others. Mr. Dortch is also co-owner of JLQ marketing and branding firm as well as owner of The Prime Theory Company which is a company focused on creating wealth through healthy living.
Thomas W. Dortch, III is a lifetime member of the NAACP. Mr. Dortch is a board member of the Andrew & Walter Young YMCA, a board member of the Fulton Dekalb Hospital Authority, a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, and a member of the Omega Xi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. Most importantly, he is a proud father of six.

CAROLE DORTCH
TREASURER
Carole A. Dortch is the Chief Financial Officer for TWD, Inc. a full service consulting firm. She also provides on behalf of the TWD conglomerate; management, accounting and bookkeeping services for: Atlanta Transportations Systems (ATS), Inc; Cornerstone Parking; FAD Consulting, LLC; Georgia Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (GAME), Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance (GAEA), the Thomas W. Dortch, Jr., Foundation, Inc. and the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation.
Mrs. Dortch served two and half years as Special Assistant to then Chief of Staff for Fulton County Chairman John Eaves. She served two years with the City of Atlanta in the Department of Aviation at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport as the Assistant General Manager for Administration.
A graduate of Rider University in New Jersey with a BS in Commerce, majoring in accounting, she also had MBA classes through Regis University. Mrs. Dortch has affiliated with the International Facility Management Association and Building Owners and Managers, to which she held three certifications.
She currently serves on the NBCA Hall of Fame Foundation and works with various non-profits and schools.

ANGELIQUE DORTCH
SECRETARY
Angelique Dortch has carefully built her career around her skills in assistant controlling, financial reporting and cost accounting. She has built her career in delivering at mid-level a wide spectrum of cashflow and forecasting for enhancing business operations. She provides a wide range of accounting functions to make sure business processes result in the desired outcomes for Compass Group USA at the account level.
Prior to her career path in accounting Angel was a social worker in the Metro Atlanta area where she investigated cases of child abuse, neglect and exploitation. She also provided intervention services for families, children and teens in need. She also served as a Field Practice Advisor in which she mentored and trained newly employed Social Workers in Fulton County. Through her work with the Department of Family and Children Services Angel found great joy in providing services and assisting families reuniting with their loved ones. The most fulfilling part of her work in Social Services was protecting children who were in need. Although this job was very disheartening at times it was one of her greatest accomplishments career wise.
Angel is a lifetime member of the NAACP and a member of the illustrious sorority of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated. She currently sits as the Secretary Board Member of TWD Inc.
Angel was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Benjamin E. Mays High School. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the great HBCU of Fort Valley State University and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
